The mission of the New Jersey Chapter of The Wildlife Society is

to foster excellence in wildlife stewardship through science, outreach and education to ensure responsible conservation of wildlife resources.

Consistent with the objectives of The Wildlife Society, the New Jersey Chapter strives to:

1) establish and maintain the highest possible professional standards;

2) develop all phases of wildlife conservation along sound biological lines; and

3) disseminate information to accomplish these ends.
